Layla Outita grew up spending her days playing in the Moroccan mountains, and her evenings learning the intricacies of Moroccan cuisine from her mother and grandmother.  Along the way, she absorbed the fine art of Moroccan hospitality, as every single visitor to her house would be greeted with tea and homemade sweets.  I was lucky enough to experience both the cuisine and the hospitality as a guest in her home, which promptly led to a sold out series of dinners at (revolver) this past February .  But, demand is still high, and (revolver) lovers get what they want, so Layla is back with an all-new menu of Moroccan staples.  Come experience the flavors of Morocco (minus the $2000 airline ticket) with Chef Layla Outita's A Taste of Marrakech.
