Craig Miyajima may look like he’s just heading off to college, but he has well over a decade of experience in kitchens from Chicago to Detroit.  He began cooking  professionally while in culinary school back in Chicago, where he’d spend the next seven years at respected restaurants like Ai, Sunda, and Boka.  Then came a move to the Detroit area, where he landed in Birmingham, at Paul Grosz’ The Stand Bistro.  A later move to The Peterboro, in Detroit, saw him working as Sous to Exec Brion Wong.  And, you can currently find him at Detroit hot spot Grey Ghost.  He’s versed in a multitude of cuisines from New Asian to Modern American and will be drawing on absolutely all of them for a very special seven-course vegan dinner right here at (revolver).  Each dish will correspond to a color of the rainbow, for an incredibly delicious and vibrant meal.  Damn, (revolver)’s fun.
