Dr. Sushi (Nick George, if you're nasty) has been honing his sushi-rolling skills for over 12 years.  Yeah, he looks 18, but that's because he eats right.  Nick started his culinary career at Clawson's Noble Fish, everybody's favorite Japanese Market & Sushi Bar, and never looked back.  In 2012, he created his alter ego, Dr. Sushi, and entered the fledgling Detroit popup scene, gaining fans and press ever since.  From the very beginning he's been focused on using only sustainable fish, recommended by Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch, but has narrowed his scope to Great Lakes Fish and seasonal vegetables from local farms.  Spawned by a trip to Japan, he's expanded his repertoire to include other lesser-known Japanese cuisine, so you're in for an all-around Japanese treat.  Put on your finest Kimono, head to Hamtramck, and 楽しい.
