“dusc is a collective of local chefs.  Some of us you know very well.  We choose to remain anonymous to keep the focus on what is most important to us;  the ingredients,  you the guest, and this moment in time.  It is our intent to redefine the Detroit culinary experience by sharing evenings created with ingredients grown here, in our home town, by local hands, or by nature itself, preserving and reintroducing techniques that have helped to shape this culinary landscape.  We often ask ourselves, what experiences have helped to shape our image of home?  What are the feelings and flavors of Detroit?  What does Michigan taste like?  Through time shared at our table, we hope to answer these questions with you.”
