Jackson Shader is a local boy.  Clarkston, to be exact.  Son of a successful dentist, childhood athlete, yet still somehow caught the cooking bug.  When it's in you, it's in you.  Long hours, little fanfare, but there are few careers quite as satisfying. By the time he hit twenty, he was off to New York City to study at Hyde Park's Culinary Institute of America.  Post-graduation, he'd eventually move on to Chicago, for a two-year stint as Sous Chef at the widely lauded French-inspired Henri.  An opportunity to command the kitchen at Birmingham's Social Kitchen and Bar brought him home in 2013, where'd he'd remain as Executive Chef for the next two years.  Since, he's been out on his own, growing his culinary empire, but has been itching to remind the public what he can do.  So, he's created a fresh, bright, flavorful five-course meal, to match the season.  If this one doesn't appeal to you, I'm afraid you're beyond (revolver)'s help.
