Chef Preeti is back with an all-new menu of Indian delicacies.  She recently wowed guests with her take on traditional Afternoon Tea.  Now it's time to get back to evening dinner service.  A major goal this year at (revolver) is to work more with chefs whose food we absolutely love, and are a joy to have in our kitchen.  Preeti is one of the reasons for that decision.  The hype is real.  Come taste why.

"Preeti Sidhu began her love affair with cooking as a young girl in Punjab.  Initially, baking cakes for family celebrations, then moving on to the myriad exotic and flavorful dishes India has to offer.  But, she doesn't cook what you'll find in local Indian restaurants.  Not at all.  She cooks Indian masterpieces, the like you've never tasted...unless you attended her previous, very-sold-out (revolver) dinners...or visited Punjab.  But, now's your chance to experience what the buzz is all about.  So, bring your taste buds and an empty belly, and leave with dreams of India."
