Brunch.
The most comforting meal of the week.  Indulgently delicious food.  Casual atmosphere.  Relaxing pace.  Bed Head everywhere you look.  What's not to love?  We've always wanted to host brunch service, but simply had to wait for the right time...and the right chef.  Well, the time is now, and the chef is Allie Lyttle.  She'll be helping to develop the (revolver) brunch program into a recurring, yet ever-changing part of our lineup, as she solidifies plans for her own local breakfast spot.  We'll be starting off slow & steady, and gradually adding seatings, or maybe even a few hours of walk-in service.  So, come give it a try, and get used to Chef Allie's face, she'll be around awhile. 

"Chef Allie Lyttle has loved food and learning about food since before she can even remember. Whether it was making her own recipe books out of her grandmother's old cooking magazines or making her own restaurant out of her playhouse, it's always been about food. Brunch has become her main meal and her goal is to take classic foods and twist them just a bit to take folks out of their comfort zones. You may know her from her time as the Executive Chef at Parks & Rec in Detroit or possibly from her episode of Food Network's Chopped. She is currently developing a brick and mortar restaurant, Ellie L's."
